So what's your take on it?
This is an old argument that dates back, as Mr. Murray points out, to Artistotle.
His assumption is that in every society there are some individuals that are inherently more intelligent than the rest.
I don't know if this is true or false so I really can't get to a conclusion that I would be satisfied with.
